James Potter - Partner/Vice President (and son Jett - president of product testing!)
James is a loving father and devoted husband who brings warmth and energy to his family. Originally from Maryland, he now calls North Carolina home, where he has embraced the state’s vibrant community and outdoor lifestyle. With a strong work ethic and an outgoing personality, James is the kind of person who makes everyone feel welcome. Whether spending time with his family or tackling new challenges, he approaches life with dedication and enthusiasm.
Rosie Potter - Partner/Secretary (and son Jett, president of product testing!)
Rosie is a dedicated and creative individual who recently relocated from Maryland to North Carolina with her family. She thrives in the great outdoors, spending her free time exploring nature and finding inspiration in its beauty. A passionate crafter, Rosie enjoys working with her hands to bring imaginative ideas to life. Known for her strong work ethic, she balances her love for family, creativity, and adventure with determination and enthusiasm.
Holly Zimmermann - Partner/Secretary
Holly is a dedicated public service professional, with experience in administration and a passion for community involvement. She serves alongside Rosie as partner and co-secretary, and in her free time enjoys making art, hiking, and baking.
Mike Shea - Partner/Chairman
Michael Jr. has a varied background, having held positions in security, automotive mechanics, residential construction, and (along with his dad and mom) rental property lead paint inspections. Michael is also has partnered with his dad in Bulletproof Property Maintenance, an investment property maintenance company.
Debbie Shea - Partner/Treasurer
Growing up in Cockeysville, MD, Debbie has an extremely diverse background, giving her the rare ability to relate to people from almost any background. Accredited by the State of Maryland as a Lead Paint Inspector since 2004, she has also had successful careers in several other industries, including truck driving and Terminal management, addictions treatment, restaurant server, as an owner and partner at Tenant-Ready Services (an investment property management and maintenance company), Kelly Home Services, and InSight Inspections. Other recent ventures include founding Tease-Shirts Plus and MDNC Ventures, both family-run businesses.
Michael Shea - Partner/President
Michael was born and raised in the Parkville area of Baltimore City, and has had a part in ownership or management of numerous local companies. In his teens and twenties, he founded Greenskeepers and Creighton Lawn Care, residential and commercial grounds keeping companies. He became a partner and owner of one of Baltimore’s oldest retail bakeries, has been the manager of several multimillion-dollar departments within big-box retail home improvement companies, as well as a convenience store manager. Since 2000, he has owned several residential rental properties, co-founded Tenant-Ready Services, Kelly Home Services, and InSight Inspections with his wife Debbie. Other recent ventures include founding Bulletproof Property Maintenance, Tease-Shirts Plus, and MDNC Ventures, all family-run businesses.
